I downloaded the demo. It's definitely a fun game, and the music makes it seem very Fallout-y. I give it 8 out of 10 Borg Cubes:

I saw my brother playing it last night. It looked interesting, but quite unattractive. I'll give it a try in the near future, but I doubt that I'll get into it seriously.

Yeah. With a whole bunch of mods it's pretty good. However, Civ 2 is still the best overall. A lot more things in Civ 2 piss me off. Maybe because I put more hours into it than any of the following games combined.

Civ 4, though....fucking hate that game so much. I think I got to the age with muskets and shit then had enough. The only good thing I remember was the music. Going to 3D was a joke when they somehow left the globe 2D. Where are the fucking poles? Defcon ignored this, too.

I wish I could take one of the Civ games and force it to play on Google Earth. Somebody on the somethingawful boards posted a long time ago about a WW3 online google earth community.
