What you can do in RO? Kill mobs. And kill mobs. And then you can kill some more mobs, after which you can sit in Prontera.
There are no fucking clans, instances, p2p is unbalanced, so are character classes, items are stupidly underpowered, and you can't get over level 30 without using 10 potions per monster. The graphic is so medicore that it will run on a p100, so you can play it on a PC straight out of a trash bin.
It's beautiful, man. It's the pinnacle, the holy juice of all things MMORPG. Simplistic? No - elegant. KOREAN. All you do whole day is Ctrl-click monsters. All you can DO in that game is Ctrl-click monsters(And sit in Prontera). You had more things to do in a fucking Diablo - you could talk to the villagers or something. In RO talking to NPCs gives you three sentences in incomprehensible engrish.
In short, it has all that MMORPG should have. A lot of monsters to kill so you can put one(1) point in a statistic which won't change jack shit because to notice difference you have to put in 10. And camping bosses for 0.0001% drop of a fucking fuzzy hat or something.
