Ok mang, so if I really had to fork over like $500 for a friggin' cell phone, I'd probably get something with a "good" camera so you can take photos whenever, wherever, lucky that my breasts are small and humble or something. I don't really like carrying camera&optics around so it would be good to take a picture when you need to. Imagine that! I think some new phones have like Zeiss optics? Might be decent, I have no idea.

Cellphones have good cameras? Damn, every picture I ever seen come from one looked like a watercolor painting by a three year old.

Cellphones are fine and dandy, but I just don't like talking to people. They tend to annoy me when I can actually hear their voices so, when I'm out I'm unreachable, which is usually why I'm out in the first place. I gotta phone at home and if I feel like answering that one when I am home, then that'll do. If it's that important, they can leave a damn message.

For web and small prints (4x6"), yes (good being pretty relative here; good compared to early cell phone "cameras" at least). Check out Sony Ericsson W800 for instance, or Nokia N90, you can take some decent pics with those things it seems
