I think he mentions that when you ask him about his accent. Don't remember clearly, and I'm not going to replay the game until I'll get a copy with which I can actually finish the damn game.

Never really liked Loxley, he was just an easter egg to me. The best talking head had to be Gizmo.

I think he is either from the East Coast, or British Columbia, can't remember. He got the accent from his parents anyway, so it really wouldn't matter. Probably descended from some British people who were shoved in a Vault. I dunno.

My favorite talking heads are General Maxson, Aradesh, and of course Harold.

Don't know about Maxson, but if you want to know about Aradesh, go look at scotch's avatar. Heheh...

Killian Darkwater voiced by Macguyvr AKA Richard Dean Anderson
Just dig that voice, it fits so perfectly to the character

I would have to say Gizmo, from the ones I've seen so far. Unfortunately, I have just started playing FO for the first time and just greased Gizmo yesterday.

The guy standing at guard in front of the Brotherhood bunker is kinda cool.... but nothing still beats the Master / Lou .

I personally thought Cabot sucked. He was too much of a wuss.

Seconded. My favourite Fallout 1 talking head would be Killian - for the reason stated by n0th1ng, and because he's just a cool character.

Cabot's realistic. Not everyone's a fearless hero striving to save all humanity, not even with power armor & minigun

I liked Decker--mostly because the guy who does his voice...well, has a great voice. He's a pretty good actor, too.

So....you put your most shit-scared guy at the front gate to deal with people?

Well did you feel hots for him? Huh? They wanted to get rid of people knocking at your door, what's better than a funny odor coming from the shit-pant's trousers?
He was propably a son of some high-ranking officer or some other shit, so they just had to give him a duty where he couldn't mess anything up but still feel himself good & important. I think.
Cabot rocks.

I still don't get why you admit that a shit pants rocks.

Uh, I see a reflection of myself? I dunno, it's some mystical power that makes him rock in some twisted, pervert way.

What do you guys think about the Voice Acting in FO1/2? Because I've read some reviews that diss the voice acting, but from my own experience with other games, FO1/2 has much better voice acting.

Jim Cummings makes them both excellent.

FO1/2 voice actors rock compared to many other over-acted ones alá Dungeon Siege, Diablo, Age of Empires, Aquanox etc...
