I think that's just too much work. The water tiles themselves are like 60+. (i think 76)Add to that the smaller ones and you have a good 70-80.

My solution would be simple: don't do that many. Use the Green Goop tiles for an example, there are only 8, IIRC, w/four animated and four static tiles. I think that would work, personally. Then add in a few of the smaller tiles and you're looking at a little over a dozen.

If you do that offcourse, you'd have to leave out the water side ones for instance. Which is perfectly fine with me, but there is always the urge for more by some.
