Is it sad that I totally forget which game The Hub is in? Is it in both?

I love F3 (thats gonna get me flamed i know) but the only way i can enjoy it is to turn my mind away from the reams of problems and disappointments it has vs's the other titles in our favorite post apocalyptic saga. Which isnt at all easy when it comes to my main problem with the capital wastes, that it's a little TOO civilized for the surroundings.Hell NCR and VC didnt have such dedicated guards and they were the pinnacle of the era. I agree with cazsim83 is what I guess im saying.
