Can they fight, even a little?

I'd love to have a horde of rabid cats, like land-piranhas.

Especially if they were undead.

I'd settle for these.
Vanity pets. Absolutely useless and pointless unless you like collecting pixels. Which I do.

The idea being that piranhas were crossed with flying fish.

Of course flying fish don't really fly.

The bat thing was probably because the prop department had some bat-marionettes in storage so they just dressed them up.

Actually that is completely true. It was discovered by eminent biologist Frederick VonHeidenhouser back in 1915, i believe, that bats actually looked nothing like what we had thought they had looked like for hundreds of years. The simple reason for the prolonged confusion was just the fact that bats are really fucking creepy and nobody really ever wanted to get close enough to study them.

I think Darwin put it best-" I am enormously intruiged by the nocturnal lives of bats and would study the creatures more closely if they didn't creep the shit outta me!"

Frederick was finally brave enough to capture some of the creatures, and upon reporting that they were actually flying pirhanas, he shocked the scientific community so badly that they still seem to deny it to this day.

Some courageous scientists have stepped forward to try to proclaim this truth but are quickly silenced by the vast majority of scientists who don't want to be laughed at like in middle school.

75 is a little over the top Smiley, remember that the last achievement is quite difficult to get (it's 50).
Personally, I am up to 53, as of yesterday when my Orcales' egg hatched.
However, mostly I just have vendor and quest ones.
If I bought / grinded the drop ones I could probably get up to 60, but I don't really care about pets enough to do that.

So is it wow or pokemon?

Seriously, if I wanted to catch 'em all I would pick up my game boy and relive my childhood.

Is that a bet I hear?

I count 77 asshole, but maybe that's because I'm drunk.
Fuck you man :)

13 rows, 6 on each row. (10x6=60)+(3x6=18)=78

:D

Susan, make some new damn threads about something interesting!

Like, zombies. I just made a P&P group about zombie survival, somewhat inspired by L4D.
We had pretty good fun, everything was about the story, and there was barely any of the system involved... pro game.

That's a very good point.

As a sidenote, I've been drunk for 4 days now. Even though I'm not even particularly drunk right now I still constantly feel like throwing up. Do you think that this effect will be lost if I keep on drinking through tomorrow?

I wouldn't know, I've never thrown up due to alcohol. Only a mix of alcohol and chili cheese poofs, which I can no longer eat or smell without getting noxious.

I'm one of those rare assholes who never get hung over.

@ cazsim83

If you have paid for your WoW account by credit card, can't you contact your credit card company (or bank) and reverse the charge...so you get your money back.

In Denmark (and in Europe) whenever we buy something over the net, we have a 14 day return policy. Same thing mus applay to digital software?

Mmmm, chili cheese poofs.

Aries, as far as I know, we don't have the 14-day return policy on WoW in Denmark. Whenever I've cancelled or stalled accounts, it basically just cancels up front on your future payment, but you can't actually get the rest of your playtime refunded. Smiley and Frater are of course free to correct me if I'm wrong - it's been a year and a half since I last cancelled a subscription, so I'm not updated.

I think that applies to certain companies under a... federation or something.
but I'm sure there's a non-refund policy or smt on blizz' side.

Besides... too late now I'd guess.
