I wouldn't mind seeing remakes of FO1 and FO2 in the FO3 engine. It would add much needed depth to an otherwise generic game. However, all the mods that tried to do this fizzled out. I'm not aware of any active mods at this time.

See, having no clear-cut "good and evil" would be considered extremely innovative in today's market, and so would having a character who is evil but not a jerk about it ("I use my charms to cheat the old lady out of her life savings while making her love me the whole time and never suspect a thing, and in her last moments she thinks of how nice a person I am" or "I play off the different sides against each other so that they end up destroying each other and I am the one who comes out on top").

But being able to "get married and then pimp out your spouse while working as a porn star yourself" would be much more exciting if you had 3d graphics with nudity and sexual animations to actually show it as opposed to telling it.
