Pitch Black was just cool looking, if nothing else.

Goldmember was better than the second one, but the first Austin Powers is still the best.

XXX looks boring.

I'll have to agree with Roeper on this one:

"nrelentingly stupid."

Roeper seems to be a bit more intelligent than Ebert at times, at least as of recent times. Ebert lately seems to put all thumb's-up...up his ass. He gave both a thumb's-up to XXX and Spy Kids 2. Enough said.

The thing I hate is when people like Ebert think they are so damn smart or something because they go to French movie festivals. :?

But yeah, Ebert has been pretty damn stupid lately. Might have always been, but I dunno.

Hey.
Dont mess with SK2 just because it is a childrens' movie.
I respect the director because he used EXACTLY the same budjet (69mil).
I refused to see XXX in NW wisconsin.
Instead I saw Sings 3 times.

I saw a commercial for XXX today and I thought it was interested that they included Ebert's quote when his own partner called it "Unrelentingly stupid." Heh.
