Chopped up a white tee, had help in getting the pattern of my head shape stitched. After it was complete, just had to draw an inkblot on it.

My girlfriend was supposed to go as:

but unfortunately they ran out of stock. I was supposed to get something as well but ultimately I was too hung over on Thursday and Friday and Saturday to get a costume and Saturday was my birthday so I was too hung over to do anything on Sunday anyway.
