You should be able to buy some in San Francisco.
I just don't understand the logic of that location. I mean, how do you rationalize something like that?
Developer 1: "I'm sick of balancing this game. Let's just make an area where the player can get more items and cash than he could ever need."
Developer 2: "Good idea! They'll make you studio head for sure now. I wish I had thought of that."

a] Yes, you still get the antitodde if you extort money. Only you get bad karma (if you care...)
b] Correct, you can get XP from both convincing the Dr to make it and Myron. As a bonus it "speeds up" the two month production so to speek...
c] I have no idea why the hell S-F was designed that way... I now always have everyone possible in PA when I finish the game...
Captain of the guards tip:
Once done, take Cassidy to the guards and see if you can settle things. Also bring Marcus to the Dr. for a little surprise (You can now take muties in VC without reprimand! Note that you can't talk to Lynette with them around you!)

according to the first fallout 2 map (deleted places included!) south west of klamath was the primitive tribe. could that be where suliks tribe is?
