Myron gets prtty damn good with energy weapons after about 3 levels. In fact the only other NPC as good as him with energy weapons is Marcus (which you usually give heavy weapons anyway). So I strongly recommend him.

What exactly is the SAD quest?
I haven't gotten that far, yet and I don't feel like reading a walkthrough, because it spoils the fun.
About Myron, anyone know if he helps with the Skynet deal?
I tagged science for skynet, but I'm not sure if I wasted it.

I guess this doesn't really have anything do to with being evil. Oh well.
Is energy weapons worth it for me to tag? I mean, do energy weapons go nice with my tattoo, or would a small gun look just as sadistic?
I'm debating between doctor and energy weapons for my tag perk. I guess Lenny could be my healer, but I really want living anatomy. +5 damage seems really nice.

Does anyone know if the slaver forehead tattoo has anything to do with the biblical prophecy of the mark of the beast? (The 666 thing.)
This might be an interesting little fact for the FAQ.

Vic's practically your slave, isn't he? He calls me boss. I wonder if I can convince him to call me master.

Sierra Army Depot.

Yes and no. Yes because energy weapons tend to be readily available, no because the gauss rifle is a little bit better.

Basically it all comes down to your playing style.

Some like to get an incrediable amount osf small weapons and then aim for the sniper perk with 10 luck.

Some like to just gets loads of ammo and the gauss.

Some like to get the turbo plasma (or the pulse but it takes 1 more ap...) rifle.

Some do it barehands, and other with only melee weapons but I'll leave that in a category of it's own :D

Yea, I already tagged small guns, so I've got that.
I guess I'll just give my energy weapons to someone else.

You should make a table of the NPCs and the evilness rating before they leave. That would be really awesome. It might take forever, though, so I guess you could get some people to help you find the info.

I think it's best to play good and evil at least once through each. Evil makes the game entirely different, even though I sorta feel guilty. Aw well, just a game.
"Come here kids, I got some candy for you."
"What's that weely big thingie you got there?"
"Oh it's a candy dispenser. Just stick your hand in and take some candy."
*Child reaches in*
"Aw. Aint no candy. You big meanie."
"Maybe you should look inside. I'm sure it's in there somewhere."
"Oh. Ok."
*Child looks*
"I can't find it."
"Keep looking."
*Brutal slaughter of child's eye follows. I laugh maniacally.*

Someone else here said this, can't remeber who, but it turns out Myron does get pretty good with energy pistols. I never would have thought it possible. Thanks (sorry, forgot who said it.)

I plan on making a "list of tolerences" for the "goody-goody" types as soon as I'm done finding the answer to another great question someone emailed me. I'll use falche to alter the karma by degrees for exact numbers.

Yes. Next I plan to play a "Jinxed" character with a Luck of 1. That should really suck, I mean be interesting. And don't feel guilty for playing evil, you're really just making 1s and 0s do what they are programmed to do, no real harm.

I did. Myron get pretty good.

I never tried the low-luck jinxed, but apparantly haveing low luck and jinxed isn't such a bad thing... that is, having high luck would be worst.

High luck+Jinxed is worse? My intentions for creating such a character would be to have the "unluckiest", most accident-prone guy in the world. This should make for a much harder, funnier game, I would think.

How does Luck affect the Jinxed trait?

I thought high luck and jinxed would just make others have lots of critical failures. You would be somewhat resistant due to high luck.

That would make sense, but I would be going for just the opposite. I would like to try playing a hopelessly accident prone, unlucky bastard. I think the results would be funny. I wonder if your "jinxing" would affect your "Mysterious Stanger"? If you had one, that is.

actually, it's officially unkown, but in reading the various forums for well over 4 years now the general message was that low luck + jinxed + you not using a weapon which can burst in your face == Ennemy keeps shooting themselves.

Int 1 is pretty much the same as int 3... I figure I'd arhter have int 3 whilst playing such a game just to get the few extra skill points I can...

I think an INT of 4 is enough to make you an officially "stupid" character, as far as NPC interaction quest availability goes, but I'm not possitive.

Hmm, stupid, unlucky, & jinxed?

Maybe like this?

CHARACTER
16
MALE

STR 10
PER 5
END 10
CHA 5
INT 3
AGI 6
LCK 1

Jinxed
Bloody Mess

Man, that looks terrible. What are the odds of making it to the oil rig without accidentally blowing my face off along the way?

Let's see... if you use Quick save & load often... maybe 15/85. Max.
