Now that sounds like a good idea, I still don't see why you would waste a perk specifically for one event when it could be changed and used as a requirement for something more useful (making healing powder, stimpacks or explosives, etc.) If you wanted to script psychic attacks you could just bring back the good old psychic nullifier and make the script deal damage to your character and party if the PN is not carried in inventory.Maybe our little Wanamingo-queen should had that ability?
