Judging by recent interplay games I wouldn't be so sure. I wouldn't be surprised if it was yet another hack & slash rpg.

Lo and behold there goes yet another good idea, raped and mauled into oblivion for the amusement of hellspawned corporate/marketing gremlings with as much of a clue as to what a good game with a solid fanbase and a standing tradition is as I have of the inner workings of American Idol.

They will burn! Oh yes they will. My only comfort is that they would've lit the pyre themselves and not even know it.

I was sorta mad, but then there was that picture of puppies and everything was nice again.

In any case, fuck you Interplay for not only never making a Fallout 3 but for never making a Giants 2. I hope everyone who owns a share of stock in that goddamn company ends up blowing yuppies for quarters.

Well said, and as the old saying goes (??!) "If its too good to be true, its probably being raped by hellspawned corporate/marketing gremlins"

Right now, Interplay seems to have the exact bunch of clueless gremlins that graces SOE with bright assplucked ideas, doing wonders for bussiness... They started listening to their fanbase in cheer panic after they lost 20,000 or so subscribers. Interplay is in a stressed situation, and what do they do? continue on the legacy of Crack Canvas with FOBOS2 .... i thought there were limits to stupid, now i know there are none.

Well.. almost everybody knew this was coming.. I had my doubts about VamBuren and they just happened to be right. But overall this is a sad day for the fans. (I just finished fallout2 for the eight time last saturday, I suggest you do the same;)
