I meant dead in the sense that the series is stale? God, EvoG, you really are an idiot for trying to poke a hole in everything that I say. Please fuck off.

I'm a pretty big GTA junkie, I was hooked with GTA2. The main appeal, for me, is simply the city the game is set in and how packed with stuff to do it is. I agree the game could use a re-haul, though; a less linear and more emphasized plot. But I'm sure the music, interesting city, and game's sense of humor will do it for me.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

Sheesh dude, someone sounds angry. I honestly thought you meant 'dead' rather than 'stale'.

Didn't appreciate the 'fuck off' though...not deserved.

GTA needs more, the same shit over and over again is just getting tedious.

GTA2 is the best for me. GTA3 lacks multiplayer.

GTA2 in LANs was awesome, rolling over your friends or putting oil on the streets near the water was fun, seeing everyone flips in the sea and hearing people swear around you.

I liked GTA3 and Vice. Though I usually just do enough to open all the areas and then always stick to certain areas all the time.

I didn't really like gta2. I thought gta1 was superior to it in a lot of ways, le shrug.

The missions could be better and there's a lot of room for improvement. When I play it I'm usually wondering how much better it would be with a certain feature.

I'm looking forward to this. If it just adds the equivalent of some bikes and more weapons though I'll probably take it back.

I don't like GTA3. Not after Vice City.

And I do think Rockstar needs to rethink their approach for this one. After a while it's just going to be the same old, same old.

GTA2 had this weird, kinda science fiction feel onto it. That felt strange to me, but I sure digged the first and the third one (+ Vice City).

Am I the only one who notices that

Vice City
Liberty City
San Andreas

Were all cities in the original Grand Theft Auto? Where will they go from here?

Uh, yeah, the whole premise is that it's based off of the cities in GTA 1. What's next? Likely a re-do of GTA London. Makes sense, time-wise as well - going from modern day to eighties to seventies (probably) to sixties.

The Getaway?

I'm hoping they'll have 3 different cities instead of islands and make it seem more like a city? I think it needs to be taller so the roads are in shadow mate. Kubrick as hell and twisted as a nipple.

Perhaps they'll redo GTA2's levels, maybe giving the city more personality. GTA2 took place in 3 different sections of one city, so maybe if they continue the series, it'll be there.

I found it strange that Vice City was an island in the middle of the ocean... it felt pretty isolated. And also, it's unrealistic and quite stupid to make us believe that the city could be completely blocked off by road blocks, since that would trap everyone there, like a quarantine...

San Andreas _does_ seem like a good place to end the series(as it was the last city in GTA1) though. I just hope they remember the series` roots and keep the missions interesting and fun, like the original game's were. I could die over and over again, and I'd still be having fun.

Anyway, I'm just glad the new GTA will take place currently instead of in the 80s or the 70s. I didn't like the theme too much, but it was interesting for a while.
