Since when is atoga an experienced amateur cook?
The best pastas are improvised ones, though. Try recipes as much as you want, but at some point you'll need to use your imagination.

Yo dogs, I'm looking for a manly & easy recipe for lamb. None of that honey glazed, lightly seasoned, vinagerette shit. Something simple. If I could just cook it by itself and dip it in steak sauce I would, but I'm not sure if steak sauce and lamb go together.

Recipe can be varied however you want, but gyros are generally pretty easy. Can't find the recipe i use but it normally works best if you pound the meat flat, place in a closed container to marinate in the spices for ~2 hours then dry fry it.

Not our fault you stumble out of bed in your drunken Irish stupor at 4 PM every day.

I cooked a beef Wellington the other day.
Filet mignon, foie gras, flaky pastry, porto and cream sauce.
Miam miam.

Hung out with a swiss chick yesterday whom I met at my friend's birthday party last Saturday. She's a chef-- on a 'tangent' she cooked up leftover chicken, barley, and sauteed some onions. Amazingly good.

I've had it before, and it's pretty good. Hawaiian chicken seemed better though, as far as flavor goes.

I've seen enough bad-ending youtube videos that I should strongly discourage you from doing so.
Strongly discourage.
And yet... no. I'm gonna go ahead and endorse it.
