Didn't actually do anything for the holiday. Usual party at my unc's house was canceled, so my whole July 4th mentality was kind of gone before it had even began.

They can't make a sequal. Will Smith is a scientologist he'll be offended.

I went and bought 2 ducks today, which will be eaten for Christmas.
I'll make a nice orange sauce to go with the birds.

That's actually a grill, the word barbecue pertains to the way you prepare a meal. Looks nice, though.

I got a meat grinder on my birthday. And a sausage class I will attend in january. Then I'll make my own sausages and host a sausage-fest.
I did make burgers with the grinder. They were decent enuff.

You should make saucisson and mail me some.
I made two handsome lasagnas yesterday : both had a traditonal tomato sauce, with a layer of thin sliced zucchinis, ricota, a béchamel sauce, and mozzarella cheese, but both had different meat stuffing : one had lamb, sage, portobellos, the other one had italian sausages cooked with onions, arugula and red wine.

You should do some stuffed shells with a side of stuffed peppers and or cabbages.
