I checked Cadaver's screenies at Mobygames and the game looks neato and, as SS rightly pointed out, the style is 'personal and unique.'
Too bad I have more than enough games to play - both new and oldies - so I won't be getting this one

It's not a single player game. Though, there's a possibility to play against CPU teams, but the AI ain't good. It's made and meant to be played hotseat, 1-4 players. Hotseat is pure fun if you play it on Realistic mode, it includes a fog of war feature.
I haven't got it working with music/sounds on XP (pt2win32.exe) or even XP+dosbox (pt2.exe), but it works perfectly on my old only-MS-DOS-computer.

Yes, 98 works fine for oldies, I just forgot to mention it. Last summer my 98 rig was critically hit in the groin by drunken accident. Should get and assemble a new one.
