The Tactics power armor is supposed to the regular power armor, you jackass. I have no clue why they changed the look. And the original stuff is supposed to be bulky and not streamlined; most tech in Fallout is supposed to look like that.

I love the original armour, I really wish they had stuck to that in FOT as I would of loved to see it with FOT's level of detail. FOT's armour is okay, there's some great renders of it on the bonus disc but it belongs to Batman of the Future not Fallout.

Well, I'm glad to have registered. This forum seems to have some bitter fallouty people on it, which is cool, and also some mad jackasses, which is funny when they get flamed. Mad jackasses are different from mad hatters btw... In that mad hatters have a neurotoxin to blame for acting insaneo... where as mad jackasses are born that way.

lol anyway, since I have only about 29 seconds until my damn work phone starts ringing again, I'd love to see any Fallout 3 that has a nice in-depth story line, with lots and lots of open ended stuff to do, but also a lot of quests. Trivial shit like getting your spear sharpened in Fallout 2 (I mean in arroyo, not new reno, that's getting your spear polished) is lots of fun, especially when there is tons and tons of neat crap. Like having your guy be able to cobble together different weapons and items using his repair skill and junk you find... not just "I can always make a shitty revolver out of this" like arcanum, but more like mcguyver... you can make *something* out of anything.. it might just be stupid or funny though.

All that being said cause I'm bored and shit... I have to say that Belsadist is gonna give us the spikey dildo of xboxportation right to the tailhole for sure. this game is gonna be another shameless $ generator like every other damn thing these days. It will have lots of pretty graphics and everything after the first 10 minutes of the game will suck huge, huge, huge mutant tentacle cocks. Like six of them all at once. You know it to be true, so get ready for the last and best hope of our community to soul-shatter you.

Personally I gots to agree with Requiem, the original P armor is trig.

I suggest that you do as I do and always have one game of fallout (1 or 2) running in the background untill fallout 3 comes out.

It seems to help me, and I am on my 756th fallout 2 game now, playing as a diplo-repairman using on spikes and spears.
