Uh, Marcus and the no-speech-bug ring any bell? Or that wanker doctor in Vault City courtyard? As far as I've experienced it, Fallout and especially Fallout 2 had many times more bugs than Arcanum.

Buuut, that hasn't stopped me from enjoying any of those games.

In the case of something mentally engaging, it is sort of like
