Well, probably gonna get skewwered for joining in this topic, considering I actually am an anime fan.
There really are lots of crap anime, like Pokemon and DBZ.
But there are some really good ones too. Boogiepop Phantom and Serial Experiments Lain being two of them that I think are really good.

I watch Anime when I feel like it, for a while, I was a big anime fan but the lack of money and my interest in too many hobbies turned me off. I prefer mangas, they often are better.
Take, for example, DBZ, it was okay as manga when I was a kid(they're translated in french) but got old soon but the show...
It was all grrrrrrr, gnuuuuuuuuu, aaaaarg and "I will kill you" and "pam pam big pam" grrrrrrrrrrrrrr gnuuuuuuuuuu aaaaaaarg I am SSJ 3 ARG FEAR ME!!! for 30 minutes. From time to time they take an episode where the characters die and the others cry and then get resurrected and come back to do more AAAAAATTT GGRRRRRR GNUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! That sums it all up!
Besides that I take animes from my friends. Some are fuckin' stupid... Once, I found a used "Amazing Nurse Nanako" and bought it as a kid not even knowing what it was... Was just a premise to make a big-boobed robot girl run around nude with her creator...
Some are still good, like Akira and some others... But Anime Sucks has some good points but the creator is fuckin' mad!
