Craig Peterson's Vault Boys are great, and his faux-ads for the armor styles seem to fit the setting quite well. Having seen the Glutton Creeper webpage my expectations for the PnP game were very low, but this is starting to look up a little.

Hensen, your pictures are good but it's true that they don't look retro-futuristic at all; they look very modern. I think you would have to not just replicate but exaggerate our popular conception of what 1950s styles looked like. Sometimes you have to work with an inaccurate cliche in order to present something most faithfully. Keep at it though!
