Well, yeah, they added a couple of provinces that are to represent Americas... but otherwise the map from England to Egypt hasn't changed at all.

there was no 'year 0' IIRC - we got year 1 AD and year 1 BC - no year 0 and hence this christian counting fails at mathematics.

In that case, isn't year 0 = 1 BC ? 'BC' isn't a christian term, because time prior to 1 AD was irrelevant back then, or something.

everything BC is heretic stuff
From what I know the year zero is really considered just a point in time, like a single dot where nothing happens. So, there is BC and stuff going onwards from year one. That's also why centuries start with a one, like start of twenty-first century = first january of 2001
