I recall watching one of the Patlabor movies about 4 years ago. The only thing I can remember was that for ten minutes at a time people would just walk in the rain in absolute silence. Then they would talk for a couple minutes and repeat. Then in the last five minutes a big robot killed some monster and the movie ended.
My lady friends and I would probably have fallen asleep 15 minutes into it if the guy who suggested we watch it were not masturbating to its awesomeness the entire time.
