One of the best BBC shows has to be Father Ted that shit is awesome. Blackadder is second in one of the best shows that was on television.

I actually rewatched it a couple of months ago and still found it as hilarious as I had always thought of it.

Frater Perdurabo wrote:As for Dexter - I watched Season 1 and Season 2 and enjoyed them quite a bit. I started watching Season 3 a while ago and I just realized that this series doesn't deliver it for me any more, it's the same kill, fuck, reflect formula all over. I know that you guys say that S3 is going to be the best one yet, but I'm not really hooked so I will leave it.
Aonaran wrote:Pretty alright? Pretty shitty? What the fuck are you people talking about? The third season of Dexter is fucking brilliant, certainty better than the second. Slow to start, but fucking inspired once the storyline comes around and you realize what they are doing with it.
Really can't emphasize the slow to start thing enough. What it does with the ideas of the friendship and marriage as well as what it sets up for season 4, with concepts of parenthood and family, give me nothing but hope for the future of the series.

Titus..underrated and hardly known but funny as all hell. Here's some of his standup shit...the show is basically more of the same, and fucking hilarious:

Stacey Keach is the shit, by far the best part of Titus.

Futurama. Can never go wrong there.
History Channel has some good shit recently.
They just finished an awesome series on Battlefield 360 where they followed the Enterprise through every battle from Pearl Harbor all the way to Iwo Jima and Okinawa. Good shit, nice mix of actual first hand anecdotal shit interspersed with some decent CG recreations. Now that that's finished they're giving Patton the same treatment.
That Warrior show with the ex-Green Beret is pretty cool.
They really need to take History Channel back to where it started when it was basically "The WWII Channel". They moved away from all the miltary stuff and do shit now like "The History of Potato Chips" and inane shit like that.
Then Spike has that new show, where it's like "Spartan Vs. Ninja" "Samurai Vs. Viking". It's as dumb as it sounds but has some cool insight. Then they invite supposed "experts" in to represent whatever warrior, and invariable it devolves into a pissing contest contest between the two. "My ninja could so beat up your Pirate." Silly shit.

He'll always hold a special place in my heart as Sgt. Stedenko the NARC from the Cheech & Chong movies.

I definitely recommend The First 48. Great fucking crime show. If you haven't seen it, watch an episode and you'll be hooked. It's like Law and Order, but it's the real thing. Real detectives investigating real murders.

The new Battle Star
Madmen
Six Feet Under
True Blood
Also, I'd like to say that the writing in Dexter's 3rd season is pretty shitty or at least not disguised by the momentum of the plot. Maybe it gets better later.
The new battle star is a useless boring steam of floating garbage. I wasted time watching it.
So, im not recommending it since ive only seen one episode but, dollhouse?
Also.. had a series to reommend but now I forgot it midsentence.
