Playing the demo for the Watchmen 360 game; seems fairly legit. No expense spared on graphics or shitty random voice actors-- it's the real deal

The fightscene in the prison where owl and silk bash through 10-some prisoners.. It felt a bit pointless.
Entirely agreed. I also find your post rather hilarious, Smiley, because of the comment about not feeling like a cash cow... followed by Manoil praising the 360 game.

Matters only as much as the effort it takes to complain.

I purposely wrote feel since of course they will try to make a franchise on it.

I've heard some nice opinions from my friends about the movie, about how good it felt that it ended then and there, and that it doesn't lead on to a sequal.

God I hope there isn't a sequal. The movie biz needs more one-shot hits like this.

Come on, it's a comic book movie. What other option is there but to suck?

Hopelessly biased, yet nonetheless pointed.

Saw it yesterday, didn't mind it. I liked the ending, but think there was alot of needless scenes that were simply there for staying true to the original (which I've never read). I also thought the bullshit on Mars was kind of poorly done.
