Launcher v2.1
Thanks to my good friend Noah.Klabo for remaking the launcher, it is now more compatible, flexible and bug free.
The menu will get one further update and it will be finished.

Trust me when i say we have been working non-stop on Last Vegas since our last few updates, more updates will be here soon.
For the past 4 days me and Noah.klabo have been working on a Mod Launcher like the ones for Fallout: 3 and New Vegas, the Mod Launcher's primary goals are making it simple to run any mods, to make it so the user does not harm his/her game when installing mods (no manual installation required! ever!) and this will also give you the ability to customize your gaming experience without any modding knowledge required! this feature will come in handy when more customization items are available.
The menu + Mod Launcher should be finished in the next 3-5 days give or take.
This will come built in standard for Last Vegas and Enclave 2, Enclave is compatible in fact i had Enclave in mind when i started this project, it will use a public version of the Launcher instead of a built in standard version because Enclave dose not run on Rage, if your wandering what Rage is it's RobCo-advanced-game-engine (it's a modified version of the Tactics engine.)

This video shows the launcher running Last Vegas, Enclave and Awaken at the same time!
It also shows what all the features on the menu do.
NOTE: This video is to demonstrate patches and other customization mods running at the same time, the Mod Launcher is not made to launch full mods but as seen in the video "it can".
Public version release date: Not sure, need to do some testing first and if everything checks out i will post it in a few days along with full detailed tutorials, instructions and maybe a few start files.

How much more Lore-friendly material do you plan to include? Like floaters, wannamingos, rats, weapons, etc?

We have got many new characters including new Rats, Mantis and Mutants.
We have converted every item in Fallout 3/New Vegas along with cut items that where just plans or never made it in game.
Was absolute hell converting items to Tactics SPR format, very time consuming process.
Here is some screenshots to give you a perspective of how many items there are in-game:
Imagine twice that, i stopped and took a few screenshots to send to a friend, i estimate that i was around 50-60% complete.
I can't say much now but we are doing something very VERY big for Last Vegas.
And now that you've posted here i relies I've forgotten to make a video lol, i will make a video of the new stuff in a few days, for now enjoy this tease screenshot of a new type of sprite we are developing for Enclave II:
This is going to change the way you think of combat in Tactics
