Simple question of supply and demand, my friend. The US has plenty of troubled teens and needs lots of light infantry for current and future conflicts. I don't think handing troubled teens an A2 is a good idea, I've got my freind Steve and his brother is a total assclown, apperently he joined the Army and was supposed to go off for basic training back in December but he never went, he somehow got out of it because he found a job or something, and then shit started disapearing from their house, including various firearms and were instead replaced with lame excuses. Mond you if my kids were stealing my shit I'd kick their ass out and cut them off and then install a steel cage around my house and hire armed guards to hide in the tree house.
Point is Steve's brother is an assclown who whouldn't be trusted with a pair of saftey scissors because he'll probably threaten you with them and then pawn them off for drugs. A plus to him is that he can't get hurt, he's been whacked on the head so many times it dosn't phase him. Steve, on the other hand, was never right after that hammer fell on his head in the second grade. He's the lovable kind of dumb though, the kind you can have fun with.
