hi all !
how do u delete 1 entity from a map ? cos up til now , I only know how to clear the entire map of entities.

Click on the entity edit field, then select an entity and press ctr+delete. You can also move them with the mouse, edit their properties or move them up and down levels with pg up and pg dn.

You can also use ctrl-C to copy them, ctrl-x to cut them, and ctrl-V to paste em. ctrl-z and ctrl-y are undo and redo but im not sure which is which at the moment. Those are handy too.
I usually use ctrl-x to cut an entity if I want to delete it. Its easier to reach than the delete key. Actually I didn't know you could use the delete key.

yep, undo is ctrl+z
You can also move tiles and entities with the arrow keys, move up or down a whole level with Home and End, and select multiple objects by holding Shift or creating a drag box at the y-cord. To access hundreds of more levels, hold space bar and drag the height bar up or down. (not that it that likely that anyone would want to build a 600 world unit tall structure, but hey)

Hey don't knock it, a tall building with lots of simple floors could be fun. Doesn't have to be fancy or even very detailed. The player won't care that much anyway if they're too busy having fun exploring and/or killing stuff :)
Not that I don't detail my buildings much.. err.. actually I may overdetail sometimes. But I don't like multiple story structures because I know they cause lots of lag, so I try to minimize the detail by either skimping on complex roofing or interior decoration.

I tried editing the tank gun for apc use as a Browning M2, but it doesn't work. Is it hard coded that only the tank can use a internal vehicle weapon ???

No you should be able to attach an internal weapon to any vehicle, but rather than editing the tank gun, (IIRC) just point the vehicle at the M2 in the vehicle weapon section of the vehicle entity.

jus tried it , can't work. When targeting the M2 at enemies the percentage show up, but when i left click the mouse the M2 doesn't fire.

It should work, if in the vehicle weapon field you've pointed to the m2 weapon entity under heavy. I tested it last night to double check and it worked for me. Double check you've got the right ammo and your actor meets the weapon's requirements.
Also try force firing, even the tank is a bit reluctant to fire sometimes.

also try force fire , but it doesn't work. never mind pal. : )
I had mod. my m2 browning required str to 6 for the purpose of it. my char got the str to use my mod. m2.

is it possible to make custom sound for guns in fot. I checkout my counter-strike folder and found out that cs guns is also using wav format. anybody knows ?

ok , I check it out. as for Macbeth sprites I dun think so , as I had use quite a lot of his gun sprites for my fot game already. thks requiem.
checked Sergalio's sprite packs already , also dun have.

I've just checked he's got some 5.7 ammo in a pistol magazine but no gun so I was probably thinking of that sorry.
