It's amazing how fucking stupid people are, isn't it? It's hard to imagine how things must look like from their perspective when you're not as fucking stupid as they are, so when people behave the way you wouldn't, it amazes quite a bit. Of course, this amazement only lasts for a second before it turns into pity, and then into annoyance.

Err... Back on the topic of phones, my sister has a phone that uses prepaid card. Since there's no plan, she only pays for what she uses, and the phone. I don't know if you're going to find a game-playing phone with that type of plan in your pricerange, but if all you really want is a phone for application follow-ups and the like, then you should look into it.
In Finland, there are telephone operators that sell "speech time" ie. pre-paid cards. So you can take any phone and insert the SIM-card in it and talk freely untill it runs out of juice.
