Yup. It's that easy.
Been playing the Axis campaign now and there are (enemy) panzerkleins in only 2 missions so far. And I find no use for panzerkleins UNLESS the enemy is using them as well.

I saw somewhere on their Forums that someones making a "realistic" campaign mod that involved no panzerkleins. Saw it breifly as it was still being made. Might wanna check the Nival boards.
