That was, more or less 2012. Horrible timing, nightclub dancing, and being the first one sloppy drunk and making all sorts of friends as the hilarious drunk guy talking about sci-fi writing and shenanigans. It was cute.

I miss you guys. I miss having comrades in post-apocalyptia arms to talk about dumb shit and shenanigans. I also miss talking science with you guys. Had a discussion yesterday, the second of which with this person, who just refuses to make any kind of effort to compromise or even consider different perspectives. Just the same dance, over and over again, while offering to see his sources and hear explanations, but he leans on assumptions, conspiracy theorists, backwater websites, and refuses to trust "mainstream science."

It would be less painful if he was trolling. I really just gotta stop giving a shit, because I get sucked into these debates where someone tells you in the most hypocritical fashion that you're not opening your mind for the truth. Just fucking DUMB. Utterly DUMB.

So, hey-- Frank Miller's doing a Reddit AMA tomorrow at 1PM East Coast Time (so roughly 6PM in Britain, 7 in Western Europe). Already told Wolfman, figured I'd see if ya'll were interested.
