Good sauce makes most things better. Even ketchup has some redeeming value on scrambled eggs and hash. Also, buy this sauce:

Ah yes, cornbeef hash is indeed the breakfast of champions, when paired with hot-sauce of course.
For breakfast, usually something like grits or eggs and hash.
