I thought I needed something to put on the other side of picture. I just like that part of the poem alot. I think it was in one of The Dark Tower books.

Never played Grim Fandango but I am aware of it. So I wouldn't say I was influenced. Most of my stuff has more cartoony feel to it just because I'm too impatient to take my time and add little details.

I don't know if other people have this experience with drawing but every six months or so my style will go through a transformation that incorporates a different feel to mine. For instance, last year I had my tonsils out and for some reason I improved substantially in about a month. It was really wierd stuff.

I only really began incorporating color into my pictures since then. Before that, I would usually stick with just pencils. Sketching is so relaxing for me. Its nice. With paintshop, though I am doing stuff I never dreamed of doing to my simple little drawings. I absolutely love it. I only wish I had actually gotten into it as more than a hobby when I was younger.

Well that's my rant for the day.

Everyone can pencil once you get the look for it and draw what you really see, simple euclidian stuff. The nifty bits are different styles and techniques like aquarel or oil paintings for instance.

I just stay true to the form of the pencil, out of laziness plus it's a great drawing tool, even without a rubber. Also, a pencil is always at hand, especially at university. I'm pretty awesome at quick drawing of faces and bodies. If I take my time I also put in more detail.

The only thing I can draw right is a shoggoth. Well, maybe I'm skilled in drawing lumbering masses of shambling flesh! Maybe if I put a Vault 13 jumpsuit on it I'll be able to post it here? Fantastic!

I've got some fly comics brewin' in my head. Should have one or two finished in a few days. I actually also have a sequel to that Random Encounter comic I did about a month ago. I did a while ago but lost the dialogue so I just forgot about it but I'll try to finish it tonight.
