Megas XLR is the touching story of a diabetic with Downes syndrome, battling with his condition metaphorically while literally battling with extraterrestrials. Alongside him are his friends, Dashawnda (or Kiva), a part-time nurse who looks after the large one when not practicing the ancient martial art of the lucid sphincter, and the main protagonist's best pal, ChickenHuang (or Jamie), his homophobic coke dealer who secretes a large dose of PHAIL when attempting to insert his penis into the drugged bodies of his ex-girlfriends, all of whom in return secrete restraining orders.
