The word hasn't been used in English the way you're using it since at least the late 1800s - and if anything would apply to you more than me. Today it's used to label someone who is unremittingly racist for no logical reason - like say, someone who thinks all Muslims are terrorists.

Actually, where I live most muslims are restauarant owners, cornerstore owners and taxi drivers. Their children, my generation, are getting involved in insurance, property and vehicles. A lot of them, instead of working a job, opt instead to take what little money the family give them, and invest in various enterprises. I had a science teacher in school, he was a muslim. He only taught science because he needed something to do during the day, on paper he was worth over a million pounds and drove a diffeent car every week.

The only bad muslims near me are the gang members in the muslim ghettos. Some of them do aspire to get noticed by small fringe terrorist outfits, but most of the attacks consist of pimping 15 year old white girls from broken homes and recently, selling heroin laced with anthrax, though even that is only tiny scale and gets shut down quick.

Snake you seem to have a very weird perspective of muslims. Granted, most I met growing up were dicks, but that was because of the borough I grew up in. I can tell you from first hand experience, after going to college, and then working in the city, most of them are just trying to fit in with western culture, whilst doing their best not to compromise their religious beliefs, and well yes, a growing amount of them are following extremist protests, that could have something to do with the fact we're steam rolling through the middle east and blowing apart their national heritage.

But terrorists? Take it from somebody whose city was routinely targeted during the 1990's by Irish terrorists, at one point resulting in a large bomb exploding over the Downtown area; they're not all terrorists.

Most Muslims are decent hard working people, as far as they're concerned, the extremists are their version of the KKK.

I know several fine upstanding people who are Muslims. I know some dicks, too, but you'll find that everywhere. All the Muslims I know are disgusted by terrorists, and one even works for the White House interpreting terrorist communications.
