Then Jason gets sensitive about killing innocent people, and turns on freddy. Then they both get hired by a porn studio and make mad love together.Exitium wrote:The storyline is stupid.
Basically - everyone on Elm Street is taking dream suppressant medication so they don't get stalked by Fred in their dreams.
Logical question: Why don't they just move the fuck out?
Anyway, Freddy sends Jason off to kill these people so they think that Freddy is doing it, and stop taking the dream supplements because it's 'useless'.
Freddy comes back to kill everyone.
Like I said - stupid plot.

I just saw it today (Freddy vs. Jason), and screw the or , the movie gets a big
This movie is the absolute shit. (the shit, not shit...) It kicks serious ass. It's exactly like you'd expect it to be, and the special effects are fucking awesome. Real fan pleaser. This is the only movie I can remember going to recently where the audience was clapping at the end.
The only thing I didn't like about it was for some reason Jason's afraid of water all of the sudden, and that doesn't make much sense after Manhattan. Not to give away who wins, but as far as the fighting goes let's just say Jason makes Freddy his bitch most of the time.

I wanted to see Freddy vs Jason, but a new western came out (open range) so it's going to have to wait.

Well, I usually go to more "mature" movies (mostly horror), so it's alot rarer to have people clap in them. I'd almost expect it in a Disney movie about a pirate that looks like Kieth Richards, even though I do like Johnny Depp. Hey, he was in the first Nightmare on Elm St. Like how I turned that around?axltrauts wrote:hey, the audience clapped at the end of pirates of the caribbean!!! that movie is the best!!!!

Open Range was alright, another Costner movie. More and more westerns are just stories leading to a big climatic shootouts but I can dig it. Doesn't even come close to Unforgiven though.
