I think roling paper is essential to any decent store, small or mallish , because when you're caught out of paper and you want to smoke , its very dangerous , personally I could go on a killing spree if it happens again, bad shit really bad shit, especially if you started smoking already.
And by the way the area where I live is like the ghetto or some shit so they all have rolling papers , and you can get a hold of a dealer @ anytime of the day or night .

and by the way weed is great but you want to talk smoking shitt, nothing beats good old hash not weed , because here they grow kick ass hash stronger than anything else you could ever smoke , that is of course if you get a hold of the good stuff like I always do , cause there's too much bad shit circulating which dosent do crap and wont get you high if it wasnt for the bad shit they add to it chemicals and such, good old lebanese hash straight from the bekaa valley where they fucking grow it , when I go up there I always visit the fileds man , fileds of hash camouflaged with corn , so they dont recognise it from choppers.
In in the end like some dudes said, nothing beats a well rolled joint , you can smoke in style in your car , or even in the street @ night , that is if you dont mind spreading the smell
