Who in the hell said I pay for my games? I got all my steam games as Christmas gifts and the time I spent playing FO3 was borrowing my friend's copy. Pay 50 bucks for something I'll burn through in 20-30 hours, are you fucking kidding me?
If you put these things on your wishlist, you kinda still supported it.
Not saying that it's a bad choice though, especially TF2 which has kept fairly well to it's roots and delivers pretty good entertainment.
It has a nice art style, the updates are alright and have meaningful content(for something you only pay once for anyway) and they still release their "Class" vids, which are pretty good. Also the game is cheap.
Whining about something like this is like whining about a dishwasher. It has limited function and purpose, but it's not supposed to do anything else but wash dishes. TF2 happens to be a goofy looking dishwasher but it does the job well.

I have to agree. The problem here is not that dishwashers exist and that people use them, rather that all whiteware appliances are going towards becoming dishwashers, which in the end makes for a shitty weed.

I did enjoy the repremand from the late-arrival TF2 fan though. That really kind of made me realize how off target I am.
