lex gets the stuff from his guy and puts it in the truck except for the papers and the radio which he puts up front with the captain and him. I fiqure the paper may have some importand info on it, cause if I were going on patrol I would not take letters from home. lex then tries to find a first aid kit where he can get a small bandage just to prevent infection. if I find one, I'll put it on

Aaron finds a bandage and put's it on.
Roger: I'll try to get a translation.
Roger inserts the text into his cell phone and activates the RobCo translator.
Roger: Now we'll just wait

Pyro 'safes' the weapon. Giving it a loving pet. I sure love this thing!

Ramses takes the Ak-74 assault rifle, examining the clip and the rifling. Good weapons. I think I'll hold unto this. At the same time confiscating the letter.
Hazel takes some of the grenades and the side arm pistol.

The sidearm obviously wasn't standard issue. It was a China's Viper(Desert Eagle rip-off) with an expanded barrel. The officer had 3 clips with him.
They had only 2 Frag grenades each.

"Nice hardware. This pistol looks cool... And its made in China." Hazel commented.

yeah they sure are fine weapons the ak series pretty damn good considering there design hasn't changed since the 1950's, i'd use it but considering we are heading to a american airforce base i figure its easier to use the m-16. lex checks his watch hmm look at the time
I got no complaints

No complaints here.
Can I have a few of those grenades? Pyro grins, I'm not too bad with those.

I'm safe.. Going good so far
Hazel smiled at Pyro. "Don't drop it, Pyro." She sent two grenades for Pyro.

Pyro puts the grenades away, at an easily accessable place. Thanks. He says with a smile.

Hazel nodds and checks the pistol. "A nice gift... Hmm, say Captain, they're in pretty deep to have spotted a patrol here." Hazel deduced. It was an uncomforatble feeling to know your enemy was deep in home... a very unsettling feeling. Of course, the Chinese had the largest army in the world... combined with their Communist allies, well, it really tipped the scale in their favor.
But her father had always said, Democracy will survive. After all didn't the Soviet Union collapse? Didn't history favor democracy?
Darkholder nodded, but remained silent, waiting for the Captain's orders. He was checking over the AK-97 assault rifle. When you join the ranks of the army, two things you learn: How to use NATO grade weapons and how to use East Bloc. Training helps. Oddly enough, the Ak lines were built simply but it was an efficient rifle, and hardly ever jammed, even under the worst possible conditions.
