<strong>[Mod -> Update]</strong> - More info on <a href="http://wikipocalypse.duckandcover.cx/in ... =Wasteland Half-Life 2">Mod: Wasteland Half-Life 2</a>
What do these have to do with each other? Nothing, except I don't feel like making two news posts. First, the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.wastelandhl2.com/">Wasteland Half Life 2 website</a>
has three screenshots of a new map in the works. It has a very run down
underground shelter look and should be fun. There's also some more
locales art featured in the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.wastelandhl2.com/whl2.php?page=media">media section</a>. They're more interesting to look at than screenshots, but maybe that's just me.
In hardly related mod news, my hero <strong>Errol</strong> of the <a target="_blank" href="http://cwaboard.cjb.net/">Carmegeddon community</a> recently started a <strong>Carmegeddon 2</strong> remake for <strong>Unreal Tournament 2004</strong> titled <a target="_blank" href="http://www.toxic-ragers.co.uk/dr/">Deathrace 2004</a>. If you ever liked the classic games and was disappointed with GTA3's gimmicky use of car combat, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.toxic-ragers.co.uk/dr/">check this mod out</a>.
There's a bunch of screenshots and videos. Errol and anyone else
helping to create the mod have been around forever and know how to get
the job done.
