Site being messed up

Ok the site appears to be back up but the server clock seems to be off by four hours or something, meaning if you posted in the last couple of hours you can't post for a bit because it thinks you're spamming.
I know we've had a bunch of problems with this new host, so if things continue to suck, we'll move AGAIN.

BTW, I'm Mr. Teatime under my SECRET TEST NAME. Yes I really am.
