Duck and Cover

A few questions I had about New Reno:

-The drunk in salvatore's Bar (Bill, I think)... If you feed him a beer you
have the option to ask him if he's ever killed anyone... but that's pretty much the most I've ever gotten out of him. Anyone ever get him to do more?

-The beatnicks/musicians outside of the jungle gym... do they have any role in the game other than taking your money to "sing something else" and then not sing anything else?

-Tommy The Balls... Who the fuck is this guy? Another stupid pop-culture reference or what?

I think the first one is possibly something unfinished, the second has no point and as for the last one, i've wondered about that myself, but i'm damn sure he don't exist in the game.

I checked and nothing is important about any of those.

I discovered in the process thatgiven you wear the Mirrored Shades, you can ask him how you look.

Of course that leads to nowhere and you can guess his answer isn't exactly nice...

Tommy The ball is a reference to an old mafia movie .
In the movie he was a hitman that did all the dirty job for the godfather
, and was very feared even by the family members .
I kinda disagree when u say stupid pop culture reference , i find very funny and amusing discovering from where did the programmers brought
those references
