Has anyone actually played it?

It's pretty fun. Though it is a bit hard to get started on a bunch of computers and tking is frequent and the commanders are idiots, but I guess it's like real war.

2.5 years old, computers cost money.
And if im going to replace the gfx card I have to buy a new mb, cpu wich ofcourse means new ram a new chassi, a new PSU and a new screen to match it.

I used the bittorent file thinking i'm like doing good to the community AND using bittorent but its slow as hell. Everyone is just downloading and barely uploading. Its too late to start over, so I will just let it run through the night.

It's pretty fun, but buggy as hell. In any case, we should all play online, maybe server name Duck and Cover.

Once you join a game, it works well I guess, except for right now when it crashed as soon as I was taking off in a Harrier. Getting into a game is a huge hassle, though. The main server list like can't organize itself and it freezes almost all the time when I try to sort the list or join a game. Once I join a game, though, it's fun.

everythings on low and running at 800x600. But it still looks alright anyway and plays pretty smoothly, it's more about the gameplay for me.

One of you needs to learn how to fly the chopper well. My current favorite thing is mowing down people with the side miniguns.

Well flying is the PRO thing in BF-series, always has been and I guess it always will be. Only swell guy ride 'em just for shooting
