How do you make new sounds for weapons and is it posible to make and modify perks? How do you make new gui?
Can't add or modify perks, hardcoded.
Can't add new sounds, hardcoded. At least you can modify those by changing the WAVs found in core/sound
I hate Phoenix engine for all the crap that's hardcoded in it...
