Any film directed by an Andrzej has got to be superior to every other film ever produced. Right?

I heard good things about it too, and Isabelle Adjani is terrific.

I prefer to recommend films based upon their virtues, rather than any merits of the director. Suffice to say, this one had me laughing inanely for a few hours after the credits had come and gone, it was that good. Then again, I've seen a few of Andrzej Zulawski's other films, which I also enjoyed. Possession is clearly superior in my opinion, however.

I saw it, back in the 90's, as a part of Aeroflot's in-flight entertainment. It was good, apart from the turbulence.
