Wasteland Merc 2 problem

ok i leave Infested Flagstaff and head to Klamath (i dont know new towns name.) When i enter i hear a oops sound and an application error comes up after the screen goes black. I dont know if i installed it wrong but i hust put the data folder (wasteland merc 2 data) in to the fallout2 directory and everything else works except for the new towns (such as klamath, new reno, etc.) plz help
