It's nice, but I wish Fallout tactics had the ability to upgrade weapons via Laser sight scopes and all that.

That image wouldn't make a good sprite because it's just flat on and not at a Fallouty angle.
I don't know guns, but if that's an M4A1 then @+ has already made a sprite of one, plus an upgrade version.
You might not be able to add laser sights, but weapons do have the optional perk of a night sight and you can always make different versions with greater accuracy bonuses etc.
