I just hope it's gonna be some hardcore post-apocalyptic, I like the idea of needing supplies, what I felt was lacking in some post-apo RPGs...

It looks really good from that preview. I hope it's not just a Fallout copy, it seems not to be going that way. I like how it is set in Europe, that makes it different enough already. I wouldn't want a Fallout clone.

No one wanted to fund them so it shut down. Half the people got hired off to real companies if I recall though.

1. it's no longer called "Bourgeoisie", they picked a new name and they're gonna reveal it soon (when they're done with new logo, new website etc)

2. intoxicate (AKA kolos), the 'Project Manager' of Bourgeoisie and a DAC.pl member, should come over and say a few things in this thread

Looks pretty cool and it's something I will probably give a try.

But what the hell is BURGORIUS supposed to mean? SOunds like an european dish.

Hey, the screens are out of date, they have some 3d renderings of what they are hoping to have, or better. http://innyswiat.pl/?sekcja,18,17 Has some examples of some of the graphics that they have (though I may expect that they have better now, a little hunch that I hope is not wrong). There is a bunch of info that was never released before on their site or on any of their interviews. Plus all that information is pretty much every single piece that you can on their site and on nma forums.

Bourgeoisie means: The middle class. Plus from what I heard, that is a large city name, very successfull city. Hence, Bourgeoisie: Pearl of the wastes.

It's good to know that traveling will be very important in this game. Because traveling is very important to me when I want to pop in a cd and immerse myself into gameplay.

the game is Polish and its Polish title is (or actually was) "Burzuazja." Burzuazja in Polish (from French) means a social class of people who get their income from their own trade or industry enterprises. More important than that, this term brings the connotation of "people being looked up to by the average folk" and "people being looked down on by the aristocracy" (though some people are ignorant of this last meaning).

Anyway discussing this term is pointless as the game's title's been changed like I said.
