Random Encounters Issue

Alright, I'm back... and considerably more calm than before. Hopefully, it'll last this time.

Anyway... problem with the whole, "random encounter" thing. The preset ones are taking one helluva long time to find, and I'm being harrassed to a more-than-unreasonable extent. I looked into past threads, and they all say modifications to the campaign.txt are needed-- the thing is, I can't find a campaign.txt file in the Fallout Tactics folder or subdirectories. Suggestions or solutions?

Like most of the files it needs to be unpacked from the bos files first. Open up winzip and then drag and drop entities_0.bos into the open winzip window (or just associate the file with winzip) then extract the file to your core folder with the use folder names option ticked.
